So, check this out!

I was in a field-type area looking for one of the Blacklisters, right? And as luck would have it, I ran into one! But get this: He wasn't on the official Blacklist! On top of that, he took me out in under 10 seconds! I've never encountered anyone that powerful! I think his name was Vol-something - I can't remember...

If anyone runs into this guy, tell him we have unfinished business! I'm not gonna lose to him next time!

Hey, did you see? There's a new quest at the Quest Shop where people can take on the eighth Blacklister! I guess Vol-what's-his-name has even CC Corp. sweating. lol
