A protocol developed by one of the programmers of project R.A in secret orders from the executives. They wanted a fail-safe in the event that R.A failed to go as planned. It was built based vaguely on both Morganna's and Aura's coding structure to allow for maximum effectiveness. The programmer had notes from Harald himself of when Harald was designing limited aspects of the phase programs and gave the programmer some insight on how to deal with phases directly. The project was underway several weeks before R.A was approved as a team of black ops programmers worked at an off site facility to develop the program in secrecy.
