Its Fall! Its Fall! Look at those-those leaves are cchhaanging! To orange, to yellow, they fall til their gone! Like the feathers of a bird, old ones fall for the nnneeewww ones! Its Fall! Its Fall! Look at those-those leaves are changing! Its Fall! Its Fall! Look at those-those leaves are cchhaannging! As the old take a rest. As the young are born. Slowly aging, slowly replacing. Its Fall! Its Fall! Look at those-those leaves are cchhaannging! As the leaves hit the ground, as the snow comes around. And everything gets quite. Its Fall! Its Fall! Look those leaves are, chaning. Its Fall, its Fall, til the leaves are all gggooonnee.
This is actually more of a song than a poem. I just had this rhyme when I found out that the leaves are already changing color. Its about, the cycle of life. The young replacing the old.

Haha, never expected you to come up with a poem. And like you said, it does come off like a song, especially as you show the elogation of the words.
As for the piece itself, it's quite good, I always liked the autumn time. ^_^
