The tranquil peace has been broken
Such a thing, shattered completely
Battered again and again
Failing to come back to me.
Sometimes it does return
Though it never stays
For the noise is too much to bear
As it wilts and decays.
The quiet solitude is all I have
But it is going away
Come back, please, come back-
That is all I can possibly say.
I have finally escaped from here
Meeting again something I hold so dear.
