Darkness consumes me,
Engulfing every fiber of my being.
It closes in, relentless in its attack.
If only, you came to rescue me,
But no, you just made it worse,
Made it spread faster.
You made me feel this way,
Now it is almost over.
This nightmare is fading,
Though no light can come through.
Nothing can bring me back.
Darkness finally consumes me.
