Well on this one RP site that I'm on we have a Adoption board. Were you can choose a pre-made character or put a character that you do not want to play as up for Adoption.
Would this be a good idea or not for this site? I'm just giving my 2 cents here.

Oh I should have given an example,Damn it I forgot something again XD.
For instance,Lets say I'm bored playing as Neon. Instead of deleting him I could put him up for another person to use.
Or lets say somebody did not have the insperation to make a character they could take one of the NPC character.s Like my NPC Arc Sorrow and use him as a PC character.
If this still do not understand the concept,I'm real sorry as I have a very hard time to explaining things to people.
