A densely populated area...many players working on objectives throughout. Some are crafting, others are fighting, yet others are hunting for treasure. Nothing too unusual to come out of The World.
A party of three players approaches the Gott Statue of the area...on the fifth level of a subterannean cavern. Waterfalls fall from the side of the Beast Room, constantly giving a disarming ambience. The party leader goes to open the chest...finding nothing.
"What gives? What a jip..." he growls in his annoyance at what he felt like was robbed from him.
"...Hi..." a twisted, female voice says behind the small group. A long red haired female PC stands...clenching her right arm...which was an unstable mass of metal, machine, and energy. She looks at the PCs with a violent intent...and begins to laugh slowly. The three PCs withdraw their respective weapons from subspace...which only compels more laughing from the woman.
"Know fear...as Calypso...Goddess of Death....takes all from you and creates ruin..." she says...holding her unstable arm up...
The inhuman screams of the three shortly can be heard throughout the field. Outside the mass of PCs stands outside the dungeon entrance, spouting many rumors...many too afraid to enter the area. It was a place that would soon garner great attention...many reports of a man eating monster inside.
