Neon after awhile gates into Kestral in search of Kylia the guildmaster.He needed to distract Ravirim and his legions.They needed to stop Rashiki's flow and momentum.If this could be done then the tide could be shifted back and get a offensive jump on this guy.There was more then enough proof of there actions.To call a alliance of the top three guilds and strike Ravirim's day to day area.And then try to find his hidden guild area.

He then approches Kylia's throne and see if she would approve of this opperation.
