Due to the unexplained, unexpected, and unfortunate absence of the users Maya and Blackecho, there have been no active users of either of these 'Factors'. One has been gone for over a month, the other longer.
While it is regrettable that two very talented RPers and users have for whatever reason vanished, contingency must be accounted for and a plan made.
I will consider characters for use of either of these factors. If in the event either of them resurface, those factors will be Dual User much like how Skeith allows Gilgamesh and Kyuzo to use it.
