Evil personified...a man who appears to be a great beneficiary to the public, and a scourge in reality. His methods have gained him unending wealth through both legal and illegal means, funds which he uses to operate his real goal.
Once the infamous Sakaki, he attempted to use AIDA to rise to power and command the souls of those of The World...but he was vanquished by the fully powered Epitaph Users. In this new age, where the Epitaph Users have overall weakened in various ways and their replacements paling in power, he now uses an elaborate, twisted scheme to achieve an end much farther than his original aspiration.
His methods are only truly understood by himself, but many willingly follow him believing in his vision of purification and true peace in the troubled world. His follows have enabled him to carry out schemes that are genius, if not absolutely depraved of humanity.
