Kylia stands in the grand hall, staring down the growing mass of Kestrel members who were gathering. There was a guild meeting being called for some reason known only to Kylia. All that was said was to 'show up if you value your membership in the guild'. She was a stern mistress, and she wouldn't waste people's time with doing something meaningless.

Hayate gates into Kestrel's @home shortly after he had acquired his Lost Weapon. He had a rather indifferent look to him, as if coming into the @home held no significance for him. All the same, he walks up alongside the group of fellow guildmembers and stiffly places his hands at his sides, awaiting what Kylia had to say.

"Welcome everyone...today I have asked for your time in response to an issue that has arisen lately. As some of you know, Atrum Neux has been getting very bold and blatant on their attacks against us...needless to say...this speaks poorly on our guild..." Kylia starts as she conitnues to speak for fifteen minutes on various crimes and problems with Atrum Neux culminating in:
"...and thus, as a guild we must now decide on what to do about it. To go to war or to seek diplomatic matters..." she says as a prompt appears on the screen as to whether Kestrel will declare war on Atrum Neux.

Both Neon and Chibi Usa vote for diplomatic matters. And if deplomacy did not work well shame on Atrum Neux. And on Neon's vote he was willing to be the diplomat for Kestral.

Hayate puts his thumb and index finger to his chin, a sign that he was pondering on which option was best. "...I vote for diplomacy too. The members of Atrum Neux may be heartless PKers, but they're not without common sense. If their guildmaster and members refuse to listen to reason..." Hayate suddenly flashes a rather evil smirk. "...then we'll make our point clear by carving our insignia into their skulls." It became apparent to those around him that the cruel side of Hayate's Gorre Factor was slowly but surely manifesting.

Kylia had a glare on her face almost as if to call eveyrone cowards, but she says no such thing. She then looks and puts up a vote for someone to play diplomat.

"I vote for my brother on this" said Chibi Usa as she spoke out as the Guild Leader was rumored to be scank. And plus her brother could always use his Magus effect on her.
"Er I could do it as well but if you feel Saber is better for the job then thats fine. I just want to do something for the guild" said Neon as he felt that wining Holy Palace was not good enough for Kestral's honer.

"So its even between Saber and Neon...there must be a resolution to this..." Kylia says as she causes Saber and Neon to appear in a battle fence inside the arena-like structure of the area.
"Whoever wins this fight shall recieve the honor..." Kylia states firmly, then taking her throne to see what happens next.

Projection: Six leaves surround Neon and absorb all damage much like Avatar Magus. This prevents all damage to him until the leaves are destroyed. Radius attacks remove two leaves
Neon then uses his Prismatic Phantasmic Rengeki.
Neon takes half damage from any attack and the other half is sent back to the attacker.This lasts for the battle.
Neon finishes his turn with Flash of Green dealing 4994 damage.

Saber attacks with Whirlwind of Virtue, getting rid of two leaves.

Neon uses his Dark Branding and takes out his Illumina and he then uses his Dark Branding Rengeki.
17)Dark Branding-Gives Neon several traits 10% of his max HP/SP restored every turn.Does 1.5 more damage,and all of his attacks ignor Def and Res,can act twice,his wave element is now Shadow. He can not use other Rengeki's that give him special comands
With his second action he uses Phal Repth on himself to regain most of his HP. Plus it was the only high level healing spell he had.

Saber was about to attack, but she just stops, motionless. In real life, Arturia was out cold. Sleep has gotten the best of her after hours of playing. After a few moments, her computer goes to standby and her connection severed.

Kylia witnesses Arturia disconnect. She frowns, but the result is the one that fate had determined it to. She actually favored Saber personally, but in this matter, the boy Neon won. She looks and stands up.
"As Lady of Kestrel, I appoint the victor by default, Neon, to be our diplomat for encouraging Neux to get in line"
