In The World, there is a breed of entity known as AIDA. Artificially Intelligent Data Anomaly. They act much like an amoeba, mimicking formidable forms of life that they find through various types of data. In the past Epitaph Users would fight the AIDA that caused problems, but Epitaph Users are less active than they used to be in the game...most of them administrators that do play.
AIDA can potentially infect another PC...PCs also can potentially end up blessed with special powers that are used to slay AIDA. Normal players are ineffective against AIDA, and against more powerful AIDA they can do nothing but flee in terror.
Each AIDA/AIDA Slayer ability is different depending on the user and the situation of the user. Only administrators can authorize special abilities of either kind.
AIDA Users
PC Name: Shirou
Anomaly Type: <Taiga>
Current Data Anomalies
Anomaly 1: <Empowerment>: The AIDA begins to feed power into its host, increasing the host's chance of winning a battle. The user's paramaters double, but due to the corruption of PC data, the PC suffers 25% MAX HP in damage for every round this is active.
Anomaly 2: <Enhanced Reach>: The AIDA is an efficient killer, spreading and guiding Shirou's attacks and projectlies to hit more targets than normal. This automatically has all of Shirou's attacks hit one extra target. This does nothing for support/healing related abilities.
Anomaly 3: <Heightened Regeneration>: The AIDA, acting to preserve its' host automatically is able to regenerate any amount of HP up to 50% of the max per round. However, it costs an equivalent percentage of max SP to use this.
Anomaly 4: <Wave Shift>: The AIDA corrupts the PC data, shifting the wave element to its own type of data, AIDA. It causes all elemental damage to be halved against the PC. However it does NOT increase damage of elemental skills used.

Anomaly Type: <Kira>
Current Data Anomalies
Anomaly 1: <Fatal Grasp>: The AIDA corrupts Gilgamesh's inherent factor powers, and doubles damage effects, constrained by the damage cap. This also gives Gilgamesh a chance to instantly kill any monster that is below 50% of its max HP. [dice= 10, if 1 ,5, or 10, the monster is instantly destroyed. This does NOT work on players, bosses, or nul-Death monsters.
Anomaly 2: <Extinguish Hope>: The AIDA demoralizes enemy creatures...removing one of their enhancing effects whenever Gilgamesh does 50000 cumulative damage to it. This ability does not operate in arena, and its use may be limited against boss monsters.
AIDA Slayers
PC Name: Paris
Slayer Type: <Penance>
Ability 1: <Dual-Will>: Allows Paris to equip two different fans. This gives her a passive double action ability.
Ability 2: <Searing Vision>: Doubles Paris' damage cap against AIDA infected enemies.
Ability 3: <Light Shield>: Paris passively takes half damage inflicted from all AIDA.
Ability 4: <Empowerment>: Paris gains the ability to double her paramaters at will. Against AIDA, this is a triple boost. However due to the strain on PC, it costs Paris 25% max HP and SP to maintain this efffect for one round. The round this is activated, Paris can act at the cost of accepting the SP and HP loss for the first round.
PC Name: Hanabi
Slayer Type: <Azure Sea>
Ability 1: Earth Shift: At the end of any of Hanabi's turns, she can spend half of her max SP to disappear into the earth. Her next turn will be counted as a surprise attack with double damage. Against AIDA, this doubles the damage cap as well.
Ability 2: Slayer's Blade: Hanabi 50% more damage to AIDA, and Hanabi's damage cap is passively increased 25% against AIDA.
Ability 3: Flashing Waters: Allows Hanabi to shatter into water when hit, striking the enemy for 25% of the damage recieved. This costs her 500 flat SP to use and must be uesd at the start of her next turn.
Ability 4: Protective Aura: Hanabi's mere presence protects normal players from AIDA...forcing the AIDA to do normal damage. This allows normal PCs to inflict damage on stronger AIDA, but only 25% of the damage they would normally do.

Slayer Type: <Azure Sky>
Ability 1: Sky Flight: At the end of any of Kyuzo's turns, he can spend half of his max SP to fly into the sky. His next turn will be counted as a surprise attack with double damage. Against AIDA, this doubles the damage cap as well.
Ability 2: Slayer's Blade: Kyuzo does 50% more damage to AIDA, and Kyuzoi's damage cap is passively increased 25% against AIDA.
Ability 3: Sonic Boom: Whenever Kyuzo is killed, the enemy suffers Kyuzo's HP x [dice= 10] in damage. Against AIDA this is not subject to damage cap.
Ability 4: Protective Aura: Kyuzo's mere presence protects normal players from AIDA...forcing the AIDA to do normal damage. This allows normal PCs to inflict damage on stronger AIDA, but only 25% of the damage they would normally do.

Slayer Type: <Azure Lightning>
Ability 1: Battle Charge: Allows Jack to be immune to all status aliments when fighting against AIDA. This makes him take half damage from all AIDA as well
Ability 2: Slayer's Blade: Jack 50% more damage to AIDA, and Jack's damage cap is passively increased 25% against AIDA.
Ability 3: Electrify: Allows Jack to electrify his body, forcing enemies to suffer 50% of the damage they recieve. AIDA suffer 3x the damage they inflict on Jack.
Ability 4: Protective Aura: Jack's mere presence protects normal players from AIDA...forcing the AIDA to do normal damage. This allows normal PCs to inflict damage on stronger AIDA, but only 25% of the damage they would normally do.
