Personality: Zelphie has matured quite a bit over the years while she still plays the occasional prank she has a clear grasp of responsibility and of her own power. She also acts more independant and even scolds Dekar who she used to merely follow and listen to.
Background:
Zelphie decided not to materialize with her mother and remains in "The World" under Dekar's protection. As in R:2 Dekar is her Guardian and is bound by her word and command. She still regards him as a big brother but she also understand that he is a "tool" of sorts. She has declared she will only materialize if she finds a person in the real world who needs her and that she wants to be with. This apparently doesn't apply to family
