Neon hearing that Kylia was out training or geting some air. He makes his way over to where she was at. Seeing that Kaga was done with his buiessness with her he walks up. "Excuse me Lady Kylia would you happen to know where a good leveling area might be? I'm going to enter the Sage Palace tournament and I need to train a bit" he asked his guildmaster humbley.

"Is that a challange Lady Kylia" said Neon as he raised his eyebrow at this. He was going to prove her wrong on this and try and solo the area. As by far he was the lowist of the factor users. That and he did not want to look weak either.

Kylia is standing at the Zen Garden, holding her katana and practicing her technique, stepping slowly and around to maintain that her blade moved as one with her body.

As Kaga was walking up he would also see Neon leaning on a pillar that was outside of the garden. "I've already told her about these guys poping up with small powered Data Drain abilities. So I think she's medatating on this" he said to him. The side shop he was runing was not geting a lot of customers. That and other shops were not doing so well. While this new guild was doing so extreamly well. That and copying items from certaint areas worried him.
Even then Kylia would most likely would not give him a answer. Infact he did not know what she was thinking inside her head. Perhaps she was the type that you had to earn her respect in this case.

*Kaga ignores Neon, none of what he said mattered as Kaga would see how Kylia responded before he did anything else, in the long run he know what he had to do but he hoped Kylia could help him out so.*
"If you already heard about the merchant guild from Neon I'd like to know anything else you may know about them," Kaga requests Kaga concerns were guild related more than coma related anyways.

And since Kestral is the other dominate guild in the game's economy right now this is a problem affecting everyone." Kaga explains the reasoning behind his request.

If we go to war against a trader guild without legitimate links, then we will appear as bullies and no better than Atrum Neux. "Neon directly linked those data drain players to the guild isn't that enough of a foundation to warrent a war. It's illegal activity so it wouldn't be suprising if they were RMTing too?" Kaga asks it would take a while to find sustantive evidence since gathering data cores was taking a long time. "If you want evidence I can probably get some if you have guild members gather data cores, I'll even pay them for the trouble." Kaga suggests. "I'll give 200,000 gold per data core."

"The guild itself has an encryption level beyond most of Kansai's stuff, that alone will be reason enough for me." Kaga replies even if Kylia refused to act he wouldn't "Kylia, I'm going to go hunting if they address you about it you can say what you want or feel free to say I have nothing to do with Kestral." Kaga turns and walks away, if he was going to solve this quickly politics wasn't going to be the answer.
"Neon, if for some reason something happens to me, I'm counting on you to see it as proof and act." Kaga informs him states and leaves.

"Why do you need the data cores anyway" said Neon to Kaga and still felt that he was geting duped here. He did a bit of foot work on these guys just watching them a lot. It looked like Kaga was going to save the day again. Maybe he should just leave the guild or do something else. Neon was geting frustraited since he was not geting anywhere in the game.

"I need them to decrypt information on the guild that I have, but my current system isn't enough." Kaga replies as it was the simple version. "Thank you for your help, when I find out more I'll contact you, I'm not stupid enough to try and take on an entire guild on my own."

*Kaga once again appears in the @home, this time he didn't come unprepared or with mere gut, he needed to talk to Kylia. And figure out what to do. Kaga finds and approaches Kylia.*

"How do you intend to strike against the second group? You're one of the only PCs in kestral that is capable of such a strike. They are selling items so they have profit in mind, I have an idea but I think I'll need the help of all of the main guilds to do it." Kaga replies calmly.
