The complexity of it however would be flooring.

Neon looks at the order "hhhmmmmmm well then Saber let me get to your order" he said and goes off to Synth her Armor up. If Saber did take a look Neon had a assisant working with him. She had long light brown hair and was dressed in purple armor. A few minutes later it was done.
"Ok Saber here is your armor and the total price comes out to 212,500 GP" he said to her.

He comes back covered in sute and a few other things as her equipment was done and not covered in anything at all.
"Ok Ren....your stuff comes out too 180,000 GP" Neon said and puts the items on the counter.

"Ok I changed the weapon a bit the weapon has 100 for all three of its stats. It somehow changed....that rarely happens. Sumomo smiled once more at Neon and said her goodbyes, leaving the store. 'Now' Her other side thought 'Lets test them out', and as soon as Sumomo left the store, her other self took control again.

Neon blinks several times "Hiya Saber.....NANI! Is this Haru Glory's wapon from Rave Master"he exclames and then takes the weapons and goes to make it. And a few minutes later comes back with the blade. "Ok I hate to charge you for this but.....2,500,000 GP" he said to her.

Saber chuckles nervously. "Haha, yes it is. I was reading the series and found inspiration to make this weapon. Thank you, Neon," she says with a light smile, paying Neon easily.
