"....Uh...this is Kestrel right? The one that my moth..er...Kylia runs?" the girl says meekly to Chibi Usa, barely audible. The girl was nervous in the presence of so many others, grasping one of her arms with another, her expression troubled.
Meanwhile a massive argument ensues about the future leadership of Kestrel, with no clear consensus or logic being reached.

*Upon hearing the girls words Kaga blinks a couple of times*
"You're mother...wait aren't you ummm..." Kaga fumbles for names in his head as he had met her once before "Oh now I remember aren't you Rylia?" Kaga asks the PC

"......And to answer your question it is" said Chibi Usa as she was tempted to slice Kaga in two. But that would look bad for her right now. Since this girl was the daughter of Kylia Chibi Usa was going to keep her self in check.

"...uh...she..uh..said to..." Rydia starts...
At this point, one of the quarreling Kestrel members notices Rydia and runs over to her.
"It is Kylia's daughter!"
"The daughter?!"
"The true heir!"
Rydia meanwhile staggers back, looking at them increduously. "Wh..wh...wh...what?! No I...." she stammers, not sure what to state.
"All hail the new Lady Rydia!" another states. Rydia backs off, scared, and tries to gate out...but there are too many to.

Chibi Usa looked pissed as she was interrupted by the Kestral guildmembers. She so wanted to curse Kaga's head off for being a loud mouth. Chibi Usa was glareing at all of them she flaps her wings and moves quickly and lands infront of them. ".......WILL ALL OF YOU CALM DOWN!Your scareing her for crying out loud plus she was trying to say something. IF you have any respect to Lady Kylia please be silent and let her speak. I am not here to cause any trouble ursurp the true heir here but please have a bit of comon secnes then rushing around like otaku's in a anime convention" she spoke to all of the guild members.
She turns to Rydia "Are you alright now" Chibi Usa asked as she was being friendly. No act or a fabreaction on her part. "Look please relax...I'll help you in anyway I can" she said to Rydia.

*Kaga puts his hands in his pockets and smiles at Usa's big show*
That role really does fit her well. he muses to himself She's a big sister not a group leader.
*Kaga bows his head to Rydia*
"Sorry about the comotion we've had a rough day. Anyways what were you saying?" He asks with a slightly exhausted smile Kaga didn't know what to make of Rydia but she reminded him alot of Ren so he was instinctively more comfortable around her.

"Uh........" Rydia stammers, backing away and standing behind Chibi Usa. She takes a couple of minutes to gather her senses and then she takes a breath, calming herself down.
"I need to..uh...find an appropriate way to operate the guild while my mother is gone.."

"Well you could have either me or Saber advise you or you could have someone else incharge" said Chibi Usa and then gives Rydia a chat line. As it was the only private way of speaking to other people. Plus Kaga royaly pissed her off real bad!

"I would be flatered for that to happen. But I would say put it to vote with the guild. It was I think 50% for me and another 50% for Saber. Either way its up to you since the guild will lisen to you" said Chibi Usa as she turns around. The guild was silent as if a pin would drop and one could hear it. Her eyes shifted to the throne that Kaga sealed up. And thought that was a bad move on his part as the guild seemed to hate him.
At any rate it was for Rydia to deside on this.

*Kaga sighs this had just made the entire point of what he had just done meaningless. he sits down on the steps and looks out over everyone, he wouldn't argue against the decisions of either Rylia or the masses, though if Usa became guild master she'd probably force him to quit. Kaga notices malicious glances from Usa*
"I'll abide by whatever Rylia says. I am loyal to Kylia and this is her decision." Kaga assures her he was slightly aggitated by Usa even though he had been a bit harsh he hadn't done anything wrong he merely did what he thought was best for the guild "Usa you know I haven't done anything wrong, or is standing up for your beliefs suddenly a bad thing? I never pretended to agree with you." Kaga wasn't a back stabber he had a single loyalty which was to Kylia and no one else he hadn't manipulated or betrayed Usa

"..............." Rydia is silent in contemplation...she clenches her petitie hands as she looks nervously where some thousand odd players was awaiting a final answer about it. She then looks at Kaga and Chibi Usa, apparently two opposing sides of a subject...when an idea happens upon her.
"...Okay...why not....both of you be interim guild masters until my mother returns.." she says quietly.

Kaga asks in suprise he hadn't really considered the idea of being the guild master even if it was along with Usa he considers the idea for a moment "I'm fine with it if Usa and the guild are in agreement, if we don't have a complete leader taking the two opposing views makes sense." Kaga reasons out "Well like I said I'll follow whatever you decide on Kaga had no real dreams of grandure but the suggestion was logical now he was curious to see the guild and Usa's response

"......I will agree to this" said Chibi Usa as this was better then nothing but she wondered what the guild was going to do? Even though they followed Rydia's choice. The guild hated Kaga very much for what reason though. She would have rather had Kaga out of the picture. But pissing off Rydia would mean geting Kylia angry witch would be a bad thing.

Chibi Usa softens a bit to Rydia "Yeah there should not be any problems" she said to put this girl at ease a bit. Hopefuly there would not be any deadlocks right? Another thing Chibi Usa thought was that Kaga might get like he was earlyer. Heck Kaga might bully her again so he could get his way again.

"I doubt that an event that would split us so absolutely will occur." Kaga replies smaller decisions wouldn't require an absolute resolution and he and Usa don't disagree on everything." Kaga unconsciously pats Rydia on the head but soon realizes what he was doing and backs away nervously bowing in an apology
